In order to get people to buy your product, you certainly need to have a viable product. You will have fewer problems moving products through your network, if your product has a killer angle or concept that people will buy.

Now that you have sold people on the idea that the product works, you must go on to sell them the business. However you must be wary about your posture. Don’t sell the business like a sleazy sales person. The network marketing industry has gained quite a stigma due to high pressure selling and ‘strong-arming’. There is no need to twist someone’s arm to make them a business partner.

Once they are ‘in’, the next step is duplication. You will need to be able to teach them how they can ‘sell’ this business to other people. Your business will only grow if you know how to duplicate your success. This is where you train and build leaders in your organization. The right kind of sales psychology will turn your team into a sales powerhouse. Once your team becomes motivated enough and see that they too can achieve the results, your organization will grow exponentially.
